Let me simply say how to operate 

1. Insert the plug

2. Use measuring cup pour flour(Large measuring cup,Flat cup)

3.The amount of flour have 3 options,2 cup ,3 cup 4 cup.Please select the corresponding amount of flour on the machine

4.Put cover after you added the flour,Press the switch.（Fully automatic）

5.Add water,  3 cups of water corresponding to 3 cups flour (A little less water in spring and summer)

Add from drip inlet, Add evenly（improtant）

6.Then add 3 cups of oil.(Vegetable oil or peanut oil, olive oil) You can choose how much oil to add.  Add evenly（improtant）

7.Wait for the noodles to come out automatically
