The Distancestar Running Spikes from adidas utilises a Lightweight, breathable mesh upper with comfortable, seamless toe cap. The mesh construction allows fresh air to penetrate the interior layer as you run keeping the foot cool and sweat free while the seamless toe cap supports and protects the foot through the gait. Supporting the upper framework, a Synthetic heel holds the foot in place when running the curves of the track and at the midsection the three welded stripes stabilises the upper material from torsion, reducing wear and tear while still maintaining its shape. A the midsole a speckled EVA compound allows for lightweight cushioning. It actively reduces impact shock from heel strike, gives a clean stride through to mid-stance and all the way through to toe off with reliable underfoot stability and support. At the outsole a TPU plate with adiWEAR rubber in the heel allows for durable traction.
